Built for the field and designed to grow. From a single training platform to a connected collection of construction technologies, Zanthem Infrastructure focuses on practical tools that can be adopted independently and expanded as your needs evolve.

Field-informed
Shaped by firsthand construction experience and feedback from field and safety personnel.
Practical workflows
Built around the jobs people already do, like flying a site, running a muster, or completing a JHA.
Designed to grow
Each app is designed to stand on its own. Start with one and expand into the ecosystem as your needs evolve.
Interoperable
Connected apps are designed to share relevant information within your organization’s account, with optional Procore integrations planned.

SiteForge 3D
From takeoff to deliverable. One connected system.
An integrated aerial reality capture and photogrammetry platform designed for construction. SiteForge 3D is being developed to combine purpose-built aircraft, automated flight operations, local processing hardware, and a dedicated project platform, bringing capture, processing, and delivery into one connected system instead of a chain of separate tools and manual file transfers.
Planned capabilities
Automated aerial capture
Designed to handle repeatable capture missions with purpose-built aircraft and a ground control system, producing consistent imagery across the life of the project with less manual planning for recurring flights.
Local photogrammetry processing
Raw imagery is designed to be processed on a dedicated on-site processing node, keeping capture data under local control instead of uploading it to a third-party cloud processing service.
Multiple deliverables, one capture
The processing system is designed to turn each capture into several complementary deliverables with minimal manual intervention.
Project access and collaboration
Finished deliverables are designed to be organized in a separately hosted project platform, where authorized personnel can share selected information with owners, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Shareable project experiences are planned so recipients don’t each need an account.
Deliverables
- Walkable 3D modelsReconstructed site conditions in an interactive 3D environment.
- Aerial photographyDetailed overhead and angled views of the project.
- Cinematic videoAerial video for presenting progress and site conditions.
- Orthographic imageryOverhead imagery for visual site documentation and comparison.
One aircraft. One processing system. One platform. A clearer view of the jobsite.

SiteRelay
Connected when the signal isn’t.
A jobsite communication and personnel awareness platform for the environments construction crews work in every day: large projects, concrete structures, underground areas, and remote sites. SiteRelay is being developed around a dedicated jobsite network, wearable personnel devices, mobile communication tools, and a locally operated management system, rather than relying only on cellular service.
Planned capabilities
Jobsite communications
Designed to connect workers, supervisors, and work groups through a mobile app on the site’s communications infrastructure. Dedicated network equipment is intended to provide connectivity where cellular coverage is weak or unavailable, within the limits of the installed site network.
Live personnel awareness
Wearable tracking devices and local infrastructure are designed to give authorized supervisors a centralized view of worker presence and estimated locations across the jobsite.
Emergency notifications and muster
Designed to help supervisors initiate emergency notifications, review personnel accountability, identify workers not yet confirmed safe, and access available last-known locations. Sitewide audible alerts and announcements are planned through connected notification equipment.
Location-based safety awareness
Designed to support configurable safety zones, restricted areas, and location-based notifications that help authorized personnel identify potential unauthorized entry into designated areas.
Locally managed site infrastructure
SiteRelay Command is a locally operated system designed to manage site configuration, network infrastructure, devices, personnel information, and monitoring, so normal communication isn’t dependent on a continuous connection to an external cloud service.
System components
- SiteRelay CommandLocally operated management system for the site.
- Dedicated site networkJobsite communications infrastructure.
- Wearable personnel devicesWorker presence and estimated location.
- Mobile appCommunication for workers, supervisors, and work groups.
Keep the crew connected. Know who’s on site. Be better prepared when it matters.

LareForge
Forging knowledge into capability.
A modular workforce training, qualification, and safety documentation platform built around the practical needs of construction companies. LareForge is designed to bring online training, certifications, safety forms, and compliance documentation into one configurable environment, with each organization selecting the modules it needs. It’s being developed from firsthand experience with construction training systems and feedback from field and safety personnel.
Planned capabilities
Learning management
Designed for organizations to create training materials, deliver courses and video instruction, assign learning, run assessments, issue course-completion certificates, and track progress for onboarding, continuing education, and company-specific requirements.
Certification and qualification tracking
Designed to help organizations maintain records of credentials, qualifications, and expiration dates, review certification status, and identify upcoming renewals to support qualification management.
Digital forms and field documentation
Configurable digital forms with QR-code access, intended to make field records easier to complete, organize, retrieve, and review.
Controlled document management
Designed to manage safety manuals, SOPs, policies, and other company documents in a structured environment. Planned capabilities include version control and controlled access.
Reporting and oversight
Reporting is designed to consolidate information from enabled modules, giving authorized personnel visibility into training progress, qualifications, documentation, and compliance records.
Organization-controlled access
Each organization is designed to manage its own users, roles, and permissions to reflect its structure and responsibilities.
